The Wellington Community Sewer Corporation provides sanitary sewer services to most of its residents. The infrastructure includes the main pumping station on Ellis Road, a secondary pumping station along Mont-Carmel Road, 69 manholes connecting the sewer lines in the community, and a treatment lagoon along Wellington Road that was extensively upgraded in 2010-2011. Annual rates for sewer services in the community are $200 per unit, as prescribed by the Prince Edward Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission (IRAC).
